Please report it privately, not in a public issue and not through this form. GitHub keeps it private until it is fixed.
Anything else
That did not go through. Please check that the message is at least 10 characters, wait a few seconds after the page loads, and try again. If it keeps failing, it may be the limit for one connection (a few messages a day).
